Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Our goal is to get you your orders as quickly as possible.We aim to ship all orders received before 2PM EST on a business day on that same day. Otherwise, they are sent the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your chosen shipping method.
Please note that these shipping times may not be accurate as a result of delays due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
LOCAL PICKUP
We offer local pickup at 148 M ST, Boston MA for those in the Boston area. Please allow us 24 hours to complete your order. If you do not pickup your items within 5 days of ordering, we will cancel your order.
RETURNS
Once you receive your package, you have 15 days to request a return label by emailing shopsaluto@gmail.com. Once you receive a label, please ship your items unworn, in original condition with tags on to us. Please include your order number in the package so we are able to issue the refund. If you would rather store credit, please write a note in the return package and we will send you a code! Store credit is preferred! :)
Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out. Saluto is not responsible for any damages made to items once worn/washed no matter the circumstance.
