SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your chosen shipping method.

Please note that these shipping times may not be accurate as a result of delays due to the outbreak of Covid-19.

RETURNS

Once you receive your package, you have 15 days to request a return label by emailing shopsaluto@gmail.com. Once you receive a label, please ship your items unworn, in original condition with tags on to us - If the item is not in sellable condition when received by Saluto you will only receive a partial refund. Please include your order number in the package so we are able to issue the refund. If you would rather store credit, please write a note in the return package and we will send you a code! Store credit is preferred! :)

Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out. Saluto is not responsible for any damages made to items once worn/washed no matter the circumstance.
